How much can I save?

That depends a lot on where you have been buyng from. If you have been purchasing your ink and toner cartridges from any of the major suppliers we will generally save you a minimum of 20%, although up to 50% in some cases.

For example, one of our most popular printer cartridges, the HP Q6000A, costs $157 at Officeworks.
We sell the exact same cartridge for $124.41 and we offer free next-day delivery by courier for orders exceeding $110. This automatically saves you $32.59 or just over 20%.

Even our compatible cartridges are cheaper and are 100% guaranteed. Officework's Greentec Compatible sells for $127 while Easy Ink's Print-rite Compatible is only $90.75. That's a saving of $36.25 or 28%

Our products are cheaper because we are entirely web based (low overheads) and supply only to Businesses, Education and Government buyers.

How can I order?

You can order using our online system, via email, over the phone or by fax.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free for all orders over $110. For smaller orders delivery is usually between $5.80 and $8.50.

How soon will I get my supplies?

Orders will normally arrive within 8 business hours of ordering. This means next-day delivery for most orders. In some cases (for special orders, rural addresses, etc.) delivery may exceed this time.

How can I pay for my cartridges?

Once you sign up you are automatically signed up for a COD account. You can pay using a credit card, via electronic transfer or cheque. If you would like 30 days to pay simply fill out our 30 day account application here.

Is your site secure for credit card transactions?

Yes. We use 128 bit encryption for all transactions processed through our secure Client Area.

Is it safe to store my personal details on your site?

Will I void the warranty on my printer if I use compatible cartridges?

No! It's illegal under the The Australian Trade Practices Act for the printer manufacturer to void a warranty because you do not use their product.

Do you recycle used cartridges?

By far the best way to get your cartridges recycled is to get in touch with 'Close the Loop'. They give you a box and bags to put the spent cartridges into and will come around when you ask them to and pick them up. The cartridges are then sorted and returned to the original manufacturers for recycling. It is also completely free. Click here to sign up.

The cartridge I've ordered is faulty, what do I do?

Cartridge faults can happen from time to time. When they do it is nice to know that you will be looked after. We provide a returns program for every cartridge we supply. See our Terms and Conditions for more.

Do you offer maintenance on printers?

We partner with several Tech Support companies to provide Print troubleshooting services for our customers. Contact us for more information.

Are compatible cartridges lower quality than OEM (original Manufacturer) cartridges?

Compatible cartridges are direct copies of genuine cartridges. The benefits are that they generally have a higher yeild, lower price (by between 20% to 50%) and work as well as Genuine Cartridges. We are so confident in the quality of our compatible range that we fully guarantee their performance. And we use them in our office!

Do you sell refills?

No we don't. However Easy Ink supplies compatible cartridges which can save you up to 40% of the price of the original.

Do you have a shop-front where I can come pick up my cartridges?

No. To save on overheads we operate as a web-based business only. Less rent for us means better prices for your cartridges!
